We have built residential properties throughout Central Florida including luxury homes in Orange, Seminole, Lake and Osceola counties. Most of our recent projects are concentrated in southwest Orlando and Windermere, Tildens Grove, Windermere Downs and throughout Windermere city limits.

We specialize in estate homes featuring large open living areas, game rooms and home theaters. Most projects encompass a ten month to 1-year building period, depending on the extent of the detail work. Details can encompass custom tailored, unique customer expressions including wall niches, alcoves, triple-recessed arches, soffits, plant shelves, entertainment centers, decorative tile work, dramatic back-lit ceiling details, among other artistic touches.

Your dreams are not limited to indoor areas only. Elaborate summer kitchens are becoming standard, with a complete outdoor setup including refrigerators, icemakers, ovens, and even warming drawers. “We’re also getting requests for more elaborate pools with grotto waterfalls and bridges, dock jets and bigger spas.”

In addition to our new home construction, we occasionally take on home renovation projects. “Renovations can be a challenge because the entire scope of the project can, and usually does, change from beginning to end. However, we have always met each challenge with success.”
